iZo-100 Cell

Hello everybody! I'm showing you here my design for a HHO cell with
100% electrical isolated edges of plates. :)

I designed the shapes and lasered them from acrylic.

inner case (lying). with grooves for the plates. pic shows view on the
foam dissipator which is to crack down bubbles a bit (dunno if I need that).
I just slide the plates into the case. no cablewraps here, Zero :-D

 

some blades attached but the powerflags are not drilled yet. you can see the
top iZolator with microchannels for gas exit and gaps for the flags.

 

the two plates of the dissipator. you can see that I arranged shifted slots
in order to prevent a straight passing. the plates have a gap between each other
in the final arrangement.

 


the inner cell which is also the izolator of the edges of each single blade.
pic shows some plates and the top isolatorplate in place (for a first impression).
the dissipator is not mounted. you can also see those microchannels for the
gas exit. those slots are between the plates without the need of the full
material inside. so I still have 100% iZolaton through a very thin division bar
between the plate and the microchannel between them. I hope to get all elements
in place without damaging that flimsy bars.

I hope the the gas will exit fast enough to clear the plates from bubbles asap.
we'll see.

Addendum

Production: 13V 8A = 1.3 or 1.5 liters/minute (I don't remember exactly)
That might be the most efficient cell in the wold at the moment.
